Spaghetti Goulash

  • 1 large onion
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 bunch celery (tops and leaves)
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 large can tomatoes
  • 1 pkg. spaghetti or tenderoni (10 oz.)
  • 2 cans tomato soup
  • 1/2 lb. grated American cheese

Directions

    Brown onion in fat.

    Add green pepper and celery, chopped; cover and cook until well wilted.

    Pour over spaghetti which has been cooked.

    Place meat in skillet and brown meat.

    Add tomatoes and simmer 5 minutes; mix with spaghetti mixture and pour into a large casserole.

    Cover with tomato soup and grate cheese over the top.

    Bake at 350° for about 30 to 45 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
