Spaghetti Pie

  • 6 oz. spaghetti
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 small tub cottage cheese
  • 1 (30 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce (chunky style)
  • 1 lb. ground beef (optional)
  • vegetables (of your preference: green peppers, onions, zucchini, yellow squash and mushrooms; usually 1/2 cup of your favorite vegetable should be enough but add the amount of your liking)

Directions

    Cook spaghetti as directions say on box.

    Mix spaghetti with the eggs that are beaten and the Parmesan cheese.

    Put mixture in a 9-inch greased pie pan.

    Mold the mixture like you would with pie crust (on the sides and bottom).
