- 6 oz. spaghetti, cooked and drained
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil or butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 c. Ricotta cheese
- 1 c. spaghetti sauce (with or without meat)
- 3/4 c. Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 lb. sausage
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Lightly grease two 10-inch pie plates. Toss hot spaghetti with olive oil or butter.

3Combine eggs and 1/2 cup Parmesan; stir into spaghetti.

4Divide spaghetti mixture and place equal portions into pie plate.

5Form into a crust.

6Spread 1/2 cup Ricotta over bottom of each crust.

7Top with spaghetti sauce.

8Bake, uncovered, for 25 minutes.

9Top with Mozzarella. Bake 5 minutes more, until cheese melts.

10Remove from oven. Sprinkle each with remainder of Parmesan.

11Cool 10 minutes before cutting into wedges.
