- 16 ounces, weight Spaghetti
- 23 cups Parmesan, Grated
- 3 Tablespoons Butter, Melted
- 3 whole Eggs
- 1 container Ricotta Cheese
- 1/2 pounds Hamburger
- 1 jar Spaghetti Sauce
- 1 package Mozzarella, Shredded
Directions

1Cook and drain spaghetti noodles to al dente.

2Stir parmesan cheese, butter, and eggs into the spaghetti noodles.

3Make sure all noodles are coated evenly.

4Form the noodle/egg/cheese mixture into a 9-by-12 inch casserole dish.

5Spread a layer of Ricotta cheese over the noodles.

6Brown the hamburger drain; add spaghetti sauce to the hamburger.

7Take hamburger mixture and spread over the ricotta and noodles.

8Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

9Add shredded Mozzarella after 25 minutes, and return to oven for another 5 minutes.

10Cut into slices and enjoy!
