  • 16 ounces, weight Spaghetti
  • 23 cups Parmesan, Grated
  • 3 Tablespoons Butter, Melted
  • 3 whole Eggs
  • 1 container Ricotta Cheese
  • 1/2 pounds Hamburger
  • 1 jar Spaghetti Sauce
  • 1 package Mozzarella, Shredded

Directions

    Cook and drain spaghetti noodles to al dente.

    Stir parmesan cheese, butter, and eggs into the spaghetti noodles.

    Make sure all noodles are coated evenly.

    Form the noodle/egg/cheese mixture into a 9-by-12 inch casserole dish.

    Spread a layer of Ricotta cheese over the noodles.

    Brown the hamburger drain; add spaghetti sauce to the hamburger.

    Take hamburger mixture and spread over the ricotta and noodles.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

    Add shredded Mozzarella after 25 minutes, and return to oven for another 5 minutes.
