- 8 to 10 oz. spaghetti or linguine, cooked and well drained
- 1/3 c. melted margarine
- 1/3 c. grated cheese (Romano or your preference)
- 1 beaten egg (Egg Beaters can be used)
- 1 c. small curd cottage cheese
- spaghetti sauce
Directions

1Mix cooked spaghetti with melted margarine, grated cheese and beaten egg.

2In a buttered pie plate, form a crust using spaghetti mixture.

3Top with cottage cheese.

4Cover with spaghetti sauce, not too much, almost like a frosting.

5Bake 1/2 hour at 350°. Before the last 5 minutes, put the cheese on top, baking until it is melted and slightly brown.

6Let set an additional 5 minutes before cutting into wedges.

7Serve with additional spaghetti sauce on the side.
