- 3 cloves garlic, finely cut
- 1 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 3 qt. canned tomatoes
- 3 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 3 bay leaves, crumbled
Directions

1Brown ground beef, onion and garlic.

2Put tomatoes through sieve.

3Add all ingredients and cook about 30 minutes.

4Ladle into jars to within 1 inch of top.

5Put on cap.

6Screw band firmly tight.

7Yields 6 pints.
