Spaghetti Squash

- 1 spaghetti squash
- butter
- salt and pepper, to taste
Directions

1Slice the Squash in half length-wise, remove any seeds, rub a little vegetable oil on the opened sides.

2Place face down on a cookie sheet.

3Bake in a 325 degree (175 C.) oven for 30 to 45 minutes or until tender to a fork.

4Remove from oven, hold half side of squash with one hand (I use an oven mitt) and use the fork to run through the open side of the squash.

5It strings out into your bowl like golden spaghetti strands.

6Discard skin or shell when all of the meat of the squash is removed.

7Add butter, salt and pepper to taste and serve warm as a side dish.

8Delicious and wonderful.
