Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb ground meat
- 28 oz diced tomatoes
- 28 oz tomato sauce
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dried sweet basil
- 1 tsp granulated garlic powder
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 large spaghetti squash
- 1 water
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Directions

1Preheat oven 400 Fahrenheit

2Cut the spaghetti squash in half top to bottom length wise.

3Then remove the seeds.

4In a baking dish put the squash down cut side down.

5Add water just enough to cover the bottom of dish and spaghetti squash.

6Bake covered 30-40 minutes.

7Or until fork tender in the flesh part of squash.

8Check after 20 minutes if using a smaller squash.

9While that is cooking, brown the meat, add onions.

10Drain when browned.

11Add the rest of the ingredients of the sauce.

12Simmer till squash is done.

13When squash is done take a fork and gently shred out the spaghetti squash length wise.

14Put on a plate add sauce, the parsley and cheese.
