- 2 c. elbow macaroni (dry)
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 c. grated cheese
- 1 lb. Colby cheese, cubed
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. dry chopped onions
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 (10 oz.) can peas
- 1 can Spam, cubed
- 1 c. celery, diced
Directions

1Cook macaroni according to directions.

2Drain; do not chill. Return to pan; drizzle with oil and vinegar.

3Add grated cheese, salt, pepper and onion; mix well until cheese melts.

4Add rest of ingredients.

5Chill 2 hours or more.
