Spamwich With Mustard

- 1 (12 ounce) can Spam, shredded
- 1 lb Velveeta cheese, shredded
- 13-12 cup yellow mustard
- 12 slices bread or 6 hamburger buns
Directions

1Shred the Spam and Velveeta in a large bowl.

2The cheese is easier to work with if you place it in the freezer for approximately one hour prior to shredding.

3Add desired amount of mustard and mix.

4The consistency should be thick, but easy to spread.

5Spread on bread or buns.

6Place directly on rack in oven or toaster oven for 6 - 8 minutes on broil or if you want crispy bread, bake.

7I personally like a crispier bread and I like spamwich mixture to be slightly burnt.

8My mom uses hamburger buns and bakes a batch of spamwiches, and puts them back in the oven to store overnight so she can eat a couple cold ones for breakfast.

9Store the leftover mixture in the refridgerator.

10I place it on defrost in the microwave when I'm ready to use it again.
