  • 2 large cans Spam, grated
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • hamburger buns
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
  • 1 c. grated cheese

Directions

    Mix well in a large bowl the Spam, soup, onion and cheese. Spread mixture on both the tops and bottoms of buns. Place (open-faced) on baking sheet and toast in broiler until cheese melts and slightly browns. Serve hot.
