Ingredients

  • 1/3 box rotini pasta
  • 1/2 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
  • 1 bottle Prego Chunk Garden Mushrooms and Green Peppers Pasta Sauce
  • 2 green peppers, chopped
  • 1/2 yellow onion, chopped
  • 1/2 container white mushrooms, chopped (optional)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. basil
  • 1/2 tsp. rosemary
  • Italian seasoning
  • 1 bay leaf, optional
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

    Cook rotini according to package instructions.

    Heat pasta sauce in a medium saucepan until simmering.

    Mix in ground beef, vegetables and spices; continue to simmer.

    Drain pasta and rinse with warm water.

    Dish out pasta and coat with pasta sauce.
