  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 (5 oz.) bag noodles, cooked in salt water
  • 1 large can tomato juice
  • 1 small can mushrooms
  • 1 large bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 c. sliced ripe or stuffed olives
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

    Brown beef.

    Pour

    off grease.

    Add bell pepper, mushrooms, onion, corn, tomato juice, olives and chili powder. Add cooked noodles to beef mixture.

    Bake for 25 minutes in a 375° oven. Serve with green or mixed salad and hot cornbread.
