- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 (5 oz.) bag noodles, cooked in salt water
- 1 large can tomato juice
- 1 small can mushrooms
- 1 large bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 c. sliced ripe or stuffed olives
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- salt and pepper to taste

1Brown beef.

4Add bell pepper, mushrooms, onion, corn, tomato juice, olives and chili powder. Add cooked noodles to beef mixture.

5Bake for 25 minutes in a 375° oven. Serve with green or mixed salad and hot cornbread.
