  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1 (7 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 to 1 Tbsp. red chili powder
  • 1 small pkg. corn tortilla chips
  • 8 oz. Longhorn cheese
  • 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies

Directions

    Brown ground beef and onion.

    Drain fat from meat. Grate cheese. Add all ingredients (except 1/4 of cheese and tortilla chips). Heat on low heat. Line casserole dish with tortilla chips. Pour beef mixture over. Cover with remaining chips and cheese. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
