  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can Ro-Tel
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 cooked chicken, deboned
  • 4 slices cheese
  • 1 bag taco or plain Doritos
  • 1 c. chicken broth

Directions

    Bring soups, Ro-Tel and broth to a boil.

    Saute onion and add to soup mixture.
  3. 3
    After soup mixture comes to boil, add chicken and heat through.

    Grease a baking dish; then start with chips on bottom, then soup mixture and continue doing this until soup mixture is gone, being sure you end with soup mixture on top. Place in 400° oven for 10 to 15 minutes.

    Then place cheese on top and cook until cheese melts and casserole is bubbling.
