- 5 lb. hamburger
- 29 oz. can tomato sauce (Spanish)
- 15 oz. can tomato sauce (Spanish)
- water (equal amount as sauce)
- 2 cloves garlic, sliced and chopped
- 1 medium yellow Spanish onion, diced
- 4 oz. Bloemer's chili powder (not chili seasoning)
- 2 cans (about 27 oz. in all) red beans (plain)
- dash of black pepper
Directions

1Fry hamburger and drain grease.

2Add all other ingredients. Stir and bring to bubbling.

3Transfer to crock-pot.

4Cook 8 to 12 hours on low heat.
