- 1 oz. Cointreau or Triple Sec
- 1/2 oz. brandy
- 1/2 oz. Kahlua
- 1 oz. Amaretto
- 1 tsp. sugar
- whipped cream
- hot coffee (regular or decaf)
- chocolate jimmies
- cherries
Directions

1Use red wine glasses with a large bowl.

2Heat water in glasses in microwave.

3Make one drink a a time.

4Place the Cointreau and sugar in the glass and swirl, then flame, caramelizing the sugar. Add coffee.

5Add rest of liquor.

6Top with whipped cream, sugar and chocolate jimmies.

7Makes 1.

8Turn off the lights when flaming; a great show and a great drink!
