- 1 pkg. plain gelatin
- 2 Tbsp. cold milk
- 1 3/4 c. hot milk
- 2 egg yolks, well beaten
- 2 egg whites, beaten stiff
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Soak gelatin in cold milk.

2Dissolve in hot milk.

3Pour over yolks.

4Add sugar, salt and vanilla.

5Cook over low heat until slightly thickened.

6Fold in egg whites.

7Pour in mold and chill.
