  • 3/4 c. oats
  • 1 Tbsp. onion flakes
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar

    Combine ground beef, oats, onion flakes, salt and pepper.

    Mix well.

    Shape into balls; place in baking pan.

    Combine in bowl, ketchup, vinegar, water and sugar.

    Mix well.

    Pour over meatballs. Bake at 350° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
