- 1 Tbsp. minced green pepper
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- dash of cayenne pepper
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
Directions

1In medium skillet cook and stir green pepper and onion in butter over low heat until onion is tender.

2Stir in tomato sauce, sugar and seasoning.

3Simmer 10 minutes, until sauce is thickened. Fills approximately 2; 3 egg omelets.
