- 1 Tbsp. peppercorns
- 1 1/2 c. pimento stuffed olives
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 3 1/2 lb. chicken pieces
Directions

1Whirl peppercorns in blender container until crushed.

2Add olives, garlic, lemon rind and olive oil; blend until thick and fairly smooth.

3Spread olive mixture over chicken; place in shallow dish.

4Chill for 2 hours.

5Grill chicken on both sides for 30 to 40 minutes, or until tender.
