  • 3 to 6 pork chops
  • salt and pepper
  • uncooked rice (regular)
  • celery, diced
  • onion, sliced
  • 1 can tomato soup, diluted with 1/2 can water

Directions

    Lay chops in baking dish.

    Season with salt and pepper.

    On each chop, place 1 tablespoon rice, on rice place 1 tablespoon celery, then a slice of onion.

    Pour soup diluted with water over all.

    Cover.

    Bake at 350°
