- 3 to 4 lb. pot roast
- 1 (8 oz.) bottle Catalina French dressing
- 3/4 c. water
- 8 small onions
- 8 small potatoes
- 1 c. stuffed green olives, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. flour
Directions

1Brown meat in 1/4 cup dressing.

2Add remaining dressing and 1/2 cup water.

3Cover and simmer 2 hours and 15 minutes.

4Add onions, potatoes and olives.

5Continue simmering 45 minutes until meat and vegetables are tender.

6Remove meat and vegetables to serving platter.

7Gradually add the remaining water to flour, stirring until well blended.

8Gradually add flour mixture to hot liquid in pan.

9Cook, stirring constantly until mixture boils and thickens.

10Simmer 3 minutes, stirring constantly.

11Serve with meat and vegetables or pour over meat and vegetables.

12Makes 6 to 8 servings.
