- 1 large onion
- 1 qt. diced tomatoes
- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 large green sweet pepper
Directions

1Melt butter in frying pan.

2Add peeled onion and thinly sliced pepper.

3Cook over low flame 5 minutes.

4Add tomatoes and cook slowly for 1 hour.
