- 1/4 c. red pepper
- 1/4 c. green pepper
- 1 c. long grain rice
- 1/4 c. onion
- 2 c. water
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. butter
Directions

1In a medium to large skillet, heat butter and add onions, red pepper and green pepper.

2Cook until slightly tender.

3Add rice; mix together.

4Lower heat and add water.

5Cover and simmer 20 to 25 minutes.

6When done, add chili powder, mix and serve.

7Serves 4.
