- 3 c. cooked rice (1 c. regular raw rice or 1 1/2 c. precooked)
- 2 c. (1 lb.) tomatoes
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1In large skillet, fry bacon until crisp.

3Cook until onion is yellow.

4Drain most of fat.
