- 4 cup water
- 1 can pigeon peas
- 1 envelope Sazon
- 1 tbsp oil
- 7 oz sofrito
- 1/2 cup olives (optional)
Directions

1Dice olives into small pieces

2Add oil, sofrito, and peas to pot over medium flame.

3Let simmer for a minute

4Add rice, sazon, and olives.

5Mix well

6Once everything is mixed well add the water.

7Stir until it comes to a boil

8reduce heat add lid and complete process as if cooking regular white rice
