- 2 cans tomato puree
- garlic salt to taste
- water
Directions

1Cover bottom of skillet with oil.

3Add onion, pepper, tomato puree and garlic salt.

4Add enough water to cover rice mixture.

5As the rice cooks, continue adding water until rice is tender.
