- 1 1/2 lb. hamburg
- 1 c. celery
- 1 can bean sprouts
- 1 qt. tomato sauce
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 1 c. onions
- 1 c. mushrooms
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Brown hamburg; add onion and celery.

2Cook until tender, not brown.

3Put in casserole.

4Add rice, bean sprouts, mushrooms and juice on both.

5Add tomatoes and seasoning.

6Bake at least 1 hour or longer at 325°.
