- 10 None large shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails intact
- 5 None button mushrooms, halved
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 None red pepper, seeded and cubed
- 1 medium red onion, cut into 3/4-inch pieces
- 1 None chorizo sausage, sliced
- 10 None bamboo skewers, soaked
- None None Arugula, to serve
Directions

1Preheat the grill on medium-high heat.

2Place shrimp in a bowl with mushrooms, oil and garlic. Season to taste and toss well. Let stand for 10 mins.

3Thread shrimp, vegetables and chorizo onto skewers. Grill for 2-3 mins, each side, until the shrimp change color and the vegetables are tender. Serve with arugula.
