- about 3 lb. spareribs
- a few slices bacon, cut in pieces
- 1 onion, chopped fine
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- Worcestershire sauce to taste
- Tabasco sauce to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Brown bacon and onion.

2Add catsup, water, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce and salt and pepper.

3Cook ribs 1 1/2 to 2 hours in water.

4Drain.

5Broil about 10 minutes with sauce on.
