- 2 c. boiling water
- 2 tsp. tea leaves or 2 tea bags
- 1 tsp. mint flakes
- 12 fluid oz. orange soda, chilled (diet if diabetic)
- 12 fluid oz. ginger soda, chilled (diet if diabetic)
- fresh mint sprigs and lemon slices for garnish
Directions

1Make tea in advance adding the boiling water to the tea and mint flakes.

2Allow to cool, then chill.

3Just before serving, strain tea into a tall, chilled pitcher.

4Add the sodas.

5Stir to mix and garnish with fresh mint sprigs and lemon slices.

6Makes 4 to 6 servings.
