- 1 (8 oz.) carton small whole mushrooms
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. dried rosemary
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. champagne or sparkling wine
- garnish: chopped fresh parsley
Directions

1Cook mushrooms in olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, 1 to 2 minutes.

2Add rosemary, salt and pepper.

3Cook 1 minute.

4Stir in champagne; reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.

5Garnish, if desired.
