  • 1 (8 oz.) carton small whole mushrooms
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp. dried rosemary
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. champagne or sparkling wine
  • garnish: chopped fresh parsley

Directions

    Cook mushrooms in olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, 1 to 2 minutes.

    Add rosemary, salt and pepper.

    Stir in champagne; reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.

    Garnish, if desired.
