- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter
Directions

1Beat eggs, milk, flour and salt in a large bowl.

2Can allow mixture to sit until ready to cook.

3Bring a large pot of water to a boil.

4Add salt liberally to boiling water.

5Force dough through large holes of a colander/drainer directly into boiling water.

6Make in batches and do not overload the pot.

7Bring each batch back to a boil.

8Noodles are done when they float.

9Remove with a strainer and keep warm while cooking remainder.

10Toss each batch with a little of the butter.

11Serve with gravy.
