Ingredients
- 1 c. milk
- 1 egg
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. lukewarm water
- 5 c. flour
Directions

1Scald milk; add sugar.

2Stir and cool.

3Dissolve yeast in water and add to milk.

4Add 1/2 of flour; stir well.

5Add egg and salad oil; stir.

6Add rest of flour; knead on floured board until smooth.

7May be put in refrigerator for 3 to 4 days.

8Let rise once.

9Shape into rolls.

10Let rise again.
-
11Bake at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes.

12Brown and serve rolls.
