Special Pineapple Cake

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges (with juice)
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 (22 oz.) can crushed pineapple and juice
  • 1 (6 oz.) box instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 large carton light whipped topping

Directions

    Mix cake mix, oil and oranges with juice.

    Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating after each one.

    Pour batter into 2 (9-inch) greased cake pans.

    Bake at 325° for 30 minutes or until it tests done. Cool.

    Combine pineapple, juices, pudding mix and whipped topping. Spread over cake and between layers.

    Refrigerate until ready to serve.
