- 8 large cabbage leaves
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. dill seed
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- 2 eggs
Directions

1Wash 8 large cabbage leaves.

2Steam until limp.

3Mix remaining ingredients well.

4Spoon 1/8 of mixture in each leaf.

5Start rolling from core end.

6Fold side of leaf to center.

7Pour rolls, seam side down, into an 8 x 8-inch glass baking dish.

8Dissolve 1 chicken bouillon cube in 1 cup water; pour over rolls.

9Cover and cook until fork-tender (about 350° in oven for about 35 to 45 minutes).
