Ingredients
- 1 stick margarine or butter, melted
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, seeded and diced
- 1 heaping c. celery, diced
- 1 (2 oz.) jar pimentos, diced
- 1 c. pecans, split lengthwise
- 1 c. water
- 1 (8 oz.) bag Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing
Directions

1Melt butter.

2Add onion, green pepper, celery and pimento and saute for 1 minute.

3Add pecans and toss lightly.

4Add water. Cover and simmer 3 minutes.

5Add stuffing and mix well.

6Remove from heat and cool before stuffing poultry or pork chops.

7Makes enough stuffing for an 8 to 10 pound turkey or chicken.
