- 1 cake yeast
- lukewarm water
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 pt. potato water
- 1 boiled potato (medium size), prepared without salt in water
Directions

1Break yeast into 1/4 cup lukewarm water.

2Mash the potato. Add potato water and sugar.

3Add softened yeast to potato mixture. Add enough lukewarm water to make mixture equal one quart.

4Keep in warm place (about 80°) until next morning.
