- oil for deep frying
- 7.5 oz. can Pillsbury refrigerated biscuits
- sugar or cinnamon-sugar mixture
Directions

1In deep fat fryer or heavy saucepan, heat about 1 quart oil to 350°.

2Separate dough into 10 biscuits.

3Cut holes in center of biscuits.

4Fry biscuits and holes in oil about 1 1/2 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.

5Drain.

6If desired, roll doughnuts and holes in sugar or cinnamon-sugar mixture or drizzle with glaze or icing.

7Serve warm.

8Makes 10 doughnuts.
