  • 2 c. milk
  • 1/4 lb. Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 c. Bisquick
  • 1 1/2 sticks melted margarine
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and well drained
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
  • 1 c. grated Swiss cheese
  • 1 (3 oz.) can fried onion rings
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 (7 3/4 oz.) can water packed tuna, drained
  • 1 (9-inch) baked pie shell

Directions

    Combine eggs, sour cream, cheese and salt with a mixer.

    Fold in onion rings and tuna.

    Pour into pie shell and bake in a 350° oven for 50 to 60 minutes.
