  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 5 oz. grated sharp cheese
  • 1/2 c. crushed corn flakes
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter

    In a 1 1/2-quart casserole, microwave hash browns on 30% for 10 minutes to thaw.
