  • 4 c. oats
  • 1 (4 oz.) can coconut
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/2 c. toasted wheat germ
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 c. honey
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 c. raisins

Directions

    Combine oats, coconut, pecans, wheat germ, cinnamon and nutmeg in bowl; mix well.

    Add honey and oil; mix well.

    Spread in 2 (10 x 15-inch) baking pans.

    Bake at 350° for 18 minutes or until golden brown.

    Add raisins and mix well.

    Store in airtight container in refrigerator.

    Makes about 7 cups.
