- 4 c. oats
- 1 (4 oz.) can coconut
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1/2 c. toasted wheat germ
- 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 c. raisins
Directions

1Combine oats, coconut, pecans, wheat germ, cinnamon and nutmeg in bowl; mix well.

2Add honey and oil; mix well.

3Spread in 2 (10 x 15-inch) baking pans.

4Bake at 350° for 18 minutes or until golden brown.

5Add raisins and mix well.

6Store in airtight container in refrigerator.

7Makes about 7 cups.
