Ingredients
- 1 (20 ounce) cansliced pineapple
- 1 (20 ounce) canwhole apricots
- 1 (20 ounce) canwhole figs
- 1 (29 ounce) can peaches, halves
- 23 cup light brown sugar
- 1 cup cider vinegar
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 4 cinnamon sticks
- 2 teaspoons whole allspice
- 1 12 teaspoons whole cloves
- 12 cup red maraschino cherry
Directions

1Drain fruit juices into saucepan.

2Add sugar, vinegar, salt, and cinnamon.

3Tie allspice and cloves in small cheesecloth bag and add to juices.

4Heat to boiling point and boil 5 minutes.

5Add all fruits and simmer 10 minutes.

6Do not boil.

7Cool.

8Remove bag of spices.

9Cover and chill at least 24 hours before serving.

10Good with meat or poultry as a relish, or with whipped cream for an unusual dessert.
