- 1 egg white, lightly beaten
- 1 tsp. water
- 1/2 c. unblanched whole almonds
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) jar dry roasted nuts
- 1/2 c. walnut or pecan halves
- 1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
Directions

1In large bowl, combine egg white and water.

2Add nuts; toss to coat.

3Combine sugar and spice; sprinkle over the nuts and toss until well coated.

4Place nuts in single layer on lightly greased baking sheet.

5Bake at 300° for 20 to 25 minutes.

6Immediately transfer the nuts to wax paper; cool.

7Break up large clusters. Store in covered container.
