  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. ginger
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 1/2 c. walnuts
  • 1/2 c. pecans

Directions

    Boil together until candy thermometer reads 236° or until temperature reaches the soft ball stage.

    Remove from heat and stir in nuts.

    Continue stirring until no longer glossy.

    Cool on baking sheet, then separate.
