  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 1 1/2 c. salted nuts
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Mix in pan sugar and cinnamon.

    Stir in milk.

    Boil to 236°, stirring constantly.

    Remove from heat; add nuts and vanilla. Stir until mixture can no longer be stirred.

    Turn out onto wax paper.

    Separate into small pieces with fork.

    Do quickly.
