- 1 (29 oz.) can peach halves
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 6-inch stick cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. whole cloves
- 1/4 c. brandy (optional)
Directions

1Drain peach halves; reserve syrup.

2Set peaches aside.

3In small saucepan, combine reserved peach syrup, sugar, vinegar, cinnamon and cloves.

4Simmer syrup mixture, uncovered, for 5 minutes.

5Add peaches and heat through only.

6Cool; stir in brandy, if using.

7Store peaches in covered container in refrigerator at least 48 hours before serving.
