- 1 egg white, slightly beaten
- 2 Tbsp. cold water
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. allspice
- 1 lb. pecan halves
Directions

1Beat egg white with water.

2Add sugar, salt, cinnamon and allspice.

3Mix well.

4Stir a few pecans at a time into the mixture, until all nuts are coated.

5Spread nuts in a single layer on greased baking sheet.

6Bake in preheated 250° oven for about 45 minutes or until golden.
