Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. allspice
  • 1 egg white
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. cloves
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp. cold water
  • 2 qt. shelled pecans

Directions

    Mix all ingredients except pecans in a bowl. Stir in pecans until well coated.

    Spread in thin layer on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 250° for 1 hour.

    Spread pecans on foil or wax paper. Break apart as they cool.

    Store in sealed container.
